While it is a long way off (the next Avengers film will be out before this!), it is still great to see that Brie Larson was finally confirmed to be playing Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel. Larson is an excellent actress, who rightfully picked up a plethora of nominations and awards for her role in Room earlier this year.

Gabriel Luna has been confirmed as playing Ricky Reyes (who also happens to be a version of Ghost Rider) for the new season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. While the Nicholas Cage films bombed at the box office, we have high hopes that the show will do the character well and can’t wait to see the new season.
